Full fledged Home Automation System was implemented in this Apartment building.

7 CCTV DVR Cameras were installed with 24/7 HD Digital Video recording, and 1 month recording retention period.
These Cameras can be monitored remotely from anywhere in the world using iOS/Android App, through the Internet.

All lights, Fans and Lift were automated, these can be controlled on Schedule, they automatically turn on/off at set time or during sunrise/sunset.
These also automatically turn on/off based on Occupancy of the Room (If someone is there in the Room).
These can also be manually turned on/off remotely from anywhere in the world using iOS/Android App through the Internet.

Smart Energy (Electricity) consumption monitoring was installed.
This allows us to monitor in real-time, the total Electricity consumed at any given time, and how much Electricity was generated and sent back to Grid by Solar panel installation, and what would be our approximate Electricity bill for this month.
This monitoring can also be done remotely from anywhere in the world using iOS/Android App through the Internet.

Smart drinking water Quality monitoring system was installed.
This system allows us to Monitor the TDS values and Temperature of Incoming and outgoing filtered drinking water supply from a RO Water purification system.
It also allows to monitor total water consumed during a period, and whether the RO system requires any maintenance.
This monitoring can be done remotely from anywhere in the world using iOS/Android App through the Internet.
